# How-To Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, gently combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and ground ginger without overmixing.
03 - Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
05 - While meatballs bake, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in butter until fully melted and glossy.
06 - Transfer baked meatballs to a large bowl, pour the glaze over them, and toss gently to evenly coat.
