# How-To Steps:
- Set the oven to 400°F and allow it to reach temperature.
- Place halved cherry tomatoes and smashed garlic on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and optional oregano. Toss to coat evenly. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes until tomatoes blister and soften.
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 3.4 fluid ounces of pasta water and then drain the pasta.
- Combine crumbled feta, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil in a food processor or blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Return drained pasta to the pot. Stir in whipped feta, gradually adding reserved pasta water to achieve a silky sauce consistency.
- Fold roasted tomatoes and any released juices gently into the pasta and sauce mixture.
- Plate immediately and garnish with torn basil leaves, cracked black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
