01 - 3 cups water
02 - 3 black tea bags

→ Peach Syrup

03 - 3 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
04 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar
05 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
06 - 1 cup cold water

→ Finishing & Ice

07 - 3 cups ice cubes
08 - Fresh peach slices (for garnish, optional)
09 - Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

01 - Bring 3 cups of water to a boil, add tea bags, and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and allow tea to cool to room temperature.
02 - Combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and 1 cup cold water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
03 - Pass the peach mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp for a smoother texture.
04 - Stir cooled tea into the strained peach syrup until well combined.
05 - Pour mixture into a blender with ice cubes and blend until icy and slushy in consistency.
06 - Divide slush among 4 glasses. Garnish with peach slices and mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
