# How-To Steps:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion, celery, and carrots. Sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
02 - Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
03 - Add diced zucchini, green beans, canned tomatoes with juice, cannellini beans, vegetable broth, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, and bay leaf. Stir to combine.
04 - Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.
05 - Add small pasta to the pot and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until pasta and vegetables are tender.
