# How-To Steps:
01 - Fill two serving glasses with ice cubes to chill.
02 - Pour 100 ml chilled cold brew coffee into each glass.
03 - Gently pour 100 ml chilled tonic water over the cold brew in each glass to preserve effervescence.
04 - Stir each glass once or twice with a spoon to integrate coffee and tonic without flattening the bubbles.
05 - Express orange zest over the surface of each drink and drop the zest in; add an optional orange wedge to the rim.
06 - Present immediately while the drink remains cold and effervescent.
